You may return any merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receipt to receive store credit less shipping. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded. To return a product, please email ssalzeider@chicagosky.net and provide your name, order number, address, phone number and reason for the return.
